MissFit helped me to lose 32 pounds and counting without going to the gym during Covid and without working out for several hours every day. We have fun, get work done and I get results. I’m happy to have lost the trauma weight I gained and the weight I gained while being off-balanced as an entrepreneur. My sessions with Miss Fit are my commitment to my mental and physical health. I’m no longer Pre-diabetic, can fit into my old jeans, I can wear my old heels and I can see some new abs coming in.

She designs individualized training sessions for your expressed goals. While Miss is so much fun to be around, she is focused and demonstrates excellence in everything she does. One of the things I appreciate is her professionalism and high regard for proper form. She’s always making sure only the intended muscles are engaged during a particular workout. This helps to dramatically decrease the potential of injury and maximize the effectiveness of your effort and time.
Miss has created an impressive, picturesque environment to train in which she refers to as “our space”. She takes pride in providing the best for her clients and goes the extra mile to ensure safety, cleanliness and peace of mind during an unfortunate time of global pandemic.
The gym is a one of a kind welcoming oasis. It makes me want to work hard and I always leave better than how I came.
I absolutely love her all encompassing approach to a fitness plan. In addition to a private 1:1 session in a beautiful space, there’s cutting edge new equipment that makes workouts interesting, challenging, and never a bore. With “our space” it’s in the details. It seems she always finding a new toy. There’s everything from monkey feet, turf, Thor hammers, TRX suspension, to a rest and recovery zone utilizing the Normatec restorative massage system shown to increase circulation and help you to feel refreshed faster after intense sessions.
Additionally, she’s created a relaxing solo space for cardio that includes ambient lighting and a zen zone for meditation. Then there’s meal plans, progress measurements, and evaluations to determine if you’re on target to achieving your goals.
Seeing is believing with Miss. She absolutely gives her very best.
It has been an incredible, life changing journey having Miss as a personal trainer. Making the commitment to improving the physical self invariably changes the inner self. The growth, strength and endurance one develops pours over to every area of your life. You build not only the anatomical muscles but the spiritual and intrinsic muscles creating a total package of overall wellbeing. It creates a cascade of momentum to use to challenge yourself in all aspects of life. You get to see what you’re made of.

When I went to Miss I was 174 pounds standing at 5’1” and I avoided cameras at all cost. I never worked out before and I never wanted to. I thought people where just born with dream bodies. I wasn’t happy and knew that a large part of it was the way I neglected my health. So I just can’t believe who I am today! Through her instruction, encouragement and friendship I’m a person that I am happy to be. I am healthy inside and out. Because like she says, “Quitting is not an option” It is hard work but consistency is key! The work starts within. If all else fails just listen to her instructions. If I can do it anyone can.
