WHO IS MISS BENNETT?

To begin my name is Miss Bennett (YES, my first name is REALLY Miss), better known as MissFit Bennett. I am a Personal Trainer and (NPC) National Physique Competitor. I've challenged and helped people obtain their goals through personal training over 20 years and have been passionately competing for 13 years.

I was born and raised in Inglewood, California. Having three older brothers who were athletic and active in sports and my father who was an avid runner and athlete, cultivated my interest and created my love for fitness.

Growing up I ran track, played tennis, basketball and studied martial arts. At age 12, I received my first gym membership and immediately fell in love with weight training. As a teen, my passion for fitness was fueled by the desire to study and learn about my own body through collecting and scouring every fitness magazine that crossed my path.

Today over two in a half decades later I have procured a career of 24 years in fitness, through personal training, competing, acting, modeling and volunteering. Now with owning my own private boutique gym I hope to create opportunities and share the wonderful experience that fitness has afforded me with others.
